INTRODUCTION

Bowlegs are largely caused by tight external rotators, weak hip adductors and poor gait. To fix bow legs, you need to strengthen the muscles that pull your knees back into place and stretch the muscles that pull them out.

This training plan was designed by professional physical therapists and helps strengthen hip adductors, stretch and loosen up external rotators and correct your gait.

BOW LEGS TEST

The distance between your knees is more than 3 cm when your feet are close together.

Bowlegs are identified by outward bowing at the knee, which means that the lower leg is angled inward in relation to the thighs' axis, giving the limb overall the appearance of an archer's bow.
