1. Find a time when your baby is most active, usually after meals, after activity, or in the evening.
2. Get in a comfortable sitting or lying position and start counting using Kick Counter(Twists, turns, swishes, rolls and jabs can also be counted as "kicks", but Hiccups can’t).
3. The Kick Counter will time how long it takes your baby to reach 10 kicks.
4. Keep counting every day, preferably at the same time.
